Terms of Service
Welcome to plumberbrookingspro.com (the “Website”), operated by Plumber Brookings Pro (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our Website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Website or services.
1. About Us
Plumber Brookings Pro is a small, locally owned plumbing company based in Brookings, Oregon, serving Brookings and surrounding Curry County communities. We are a team of licensed, highly-rated plumbers known locally for responsive service, professionalism, and quick scheduling. Our work covers residential plumbing, emergency plumbing, drain cleaning, sewer and septic-related issues, and specialty plumbing work — including RV plumbing, which not every local plumbing company handles.

2. Use of Our Website
You agree to use our Website only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Use the Website in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Website
- Use any automated system, including bots or scrapers, to access the Website
- Copy, reproduce, or redistribute Website content without our written permission
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form or contact channel
- Use the Website to transmit harmful code, viruses, or malicious software
3. Service Requests and Estimates
Submitting a request through our Website, phone, or email does not create a binding contract for services. A service agreement is only formed once we confirm the appointment, arrive on-site, and both parties agree to the scope of work and pricing.
Estimates provided before on-site inspection are approximations only. Final pricing may change based on actual conditions discovered during the job, parts required, additional labor, or unforeseen issues (such as hidden damage, corroded fittings, root intrusion, or code-related requirements). Any changes to the estimate will be communicated to you before additional work is performed.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been agreed to in writing. We accept common forms of payment as disclosed at the time of service. Late payments may be subject to reasonable fees or interest as permitted by Oregon law.
5. Warranties and Guarantees
We stand behind our workmanship, and customer satisfaction is central to how we operate — it is a big part of why our early reviews have been so strong, especially on drain and sewer work. Specific warranty terms for parts, installations, and repairs will be provided at the time of service and may vary based on the manufacturer’s warranty on parts or fixtures used.
Warranties do not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications
- Normal wear and tear
- Pre-existing conditions not disclosed at the time of service
- Damage caused by external factors such as flooding, freezing, tree roots, or ground shifting
- Work performed on components or systems we did not install or repair
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us as early as possible. We work hard to keep scheduling quick and responsive, so early notice helps us serve you and other customers better. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a service fee at our discretion.
7. Emergency Services
We are well-known locally for emergency response, and we make every reasonable effort to arrive as quickly as possible when you call. However, response times may vary based on demand, distance, weather, road conditions, and technician availability. We cannot guarantee a specific arrival time for emergency service.
8. RV and Specialty Plumbing Work
We handle plumbing-related work for RVs and similar specialty setups. Because RV plumbing systems can involve non-standard parts, low-pressure lines, and manufacturer-specific components, additional lead time may be required to source parts, and warranty terms may differ from standard residential work. Any such differences will be discussed with you before the job begins.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Oregon law, Plumber Brookings Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Website or our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We are not responsible for damages caused by pre-existing conditions, hidden defects that could not reasonably be detected, or issues unrelated to the work we performed.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on our Website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and design elements — is the property of Plumber Brookings Pro or its content providers and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
11. Third-Party Links
Our Website may contain links to third-party websites for your convenience. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party sites.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Curry County, Oregon.
